What You’ll Do
- Lead the Technology Solutions Contracting function with strategic oversight and governance
- Serve as primary contracting partner to Technology Solutions Leadership
- Oversee full contract lifecycle including negotiation, execution, renewals, and closeout
- Manage 1099 and vendor contracting pipeline ensuring timely onboarding and compliance
- Manage contract request pipeline and service-level timelines
- Serve as escalation point for high-priority contracting requests
- Lead negotiations for MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, and vendor agreements
- Develop contracting strategies balancing growth and risk
- Drive process improvement through automation and standardization
- Enforce contracting controls and governance standards
- Own capacity planning and resource allocation
- Lead cross-functional pipeline review meetings
- Develop executive reporting and KPIs
- Maintain contract systems and data integrity
- Lead compliance reviews and audit readiness
- Support change initiatives and strategic priorities
- Mentor and develop staff

Education And Experience
- Juris Doctorate (JD) required
- Ten (10) years of experience in contract management or related fields
- Prior leadership experience
- CRM and CLM system experience
- Experience negotiating complex agreements
