Manager, Technical Delivery

Responsibilities

• Enable delivery success by overseeing complex customer projects
• Lead and manage a team of Technical Delivery Managers (TDMs)
• Drive operational excellence through best practices and scalable processes
• Partner with leadership to translate strategic goals into team priorities
• Collaborate cross-functionally with research, engineering, product, and client teams
• Champion continuous improvement in delivery methodologies and tools
• Support TDMs in client interactions to ensure customer success

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technical delivery, operations, or program management
• 3+ years of experience managing people or teams
• Strong grounding in data systems, analytics, or AI/ML concepts
• Able to oversee complex, multi-stakeholder technical projects
• Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills
• Skilled at assessing trade-offs, managing budgets, and aligning resources to business priorities
• Resilient mindset with a bias to action in fast-paced environments

Pay

$160,000 – $240,000 annually
