Key Responsibilities

• Assist in researching and analyzing technical accounting matters under U.S. GAAP and documenting conclusions in accounting memos.
• Significant involvement in the preparation of external financial reporting, including footnotes and disclosures for quarterly and annual reports.
• Monitor new accounting standards and assist with adoption and implementation efforts.
• Cook with external auditors to support quarterly reviews and annual audits, including preparation of audit support.
• Help maintain and update accounting policies, procedures, and documentation.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives related to financial reporting, close activities, and internal controls.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on accounting-related matters.
• Support special projects such as transactions, system enhancements, or reporting optimization initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field; CPA preferred.
• 5+ years of relevant accounting experience, ideally combining public accounting (Big 4 audit or advisory).
