About the role
We are seeking an experienced Tax Manager to lead U.S. and international tax reporting, compliance, planning, and provision activities for a growing global organization.
Responsibilities
- Lead U.S. and international tax compliance activities, including the preparation and review of tax calculations, filings, and related reporting requirements.
- Manage international tax matters, including foreign tax credits, GILTI, FDII, BEAT, Pillar Two, and other cross-border tax considerations.
- Prepare and manage the quarterly and annual income tax provision process under ASC 740, including supporting schedules and financial statement disclosures.
- Research complex federal and international tax issues and assess the impact of legislative and regulatory developments.
- Partner with business leaders and project teams to provide tax guidance related to global expansion initiatives, new jurisdictions, and international business activities.
- Prepare technical tax memoranda, documentation, and presentations for leadership and key stakeholders.
- Monitor global tax developments, including OECD Pillar Two requirements, and support related compliance and reporting obligations.
- Support the development, implementation, and documentation of the company's global transfer pricing strategy.
- Collaborate with external tax advisors to support compliance, planning, and strategic tax initiatives.
- Drive process improvements, automation, and reporting enhancements using technologies such as Microsoft Power Platform and Power BI.
Requirements
- Experience with U.S. federal and international taxation.
- Strong understanding of accounting for income taxes (ASC 740).
- Excellent analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex tax matters to diverse audiences.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Qualifications
- 5 years of related experience with at least 2 of those years in a management or supervisory capacity.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Current CPA or JD required.

Pay
The pay range for this position is between $134,264.00 and $234,936.00 per year.
