Manager, Talent Development

For our client, we are seeking a Manager, Talent Development to join the team of a leader in the Retail & Consumer Goods space. This role will shape enterprise learning strategy and build programs that strengthen employee capability across the organization. You will partner closely with business leaders to translate talent priorities into scalable learning solutions that support onboarding, skill development, and overall employee growth. The position also calls for using data, feedback, and emerging technology to continuously improve program effectiveness and delivery. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $100,900 – $168,000 annually Responsibilities Lead the design and delivery of enterprise learning programs to enhance employee skills Translate learning priorities into actionable program plans and resources Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify learning needs and deliver solutions Manage timelines and communications for successful program execution Oversee new hire orientation to ensure a consistent and engaging experience Use data and feedback to refine learning experiences and processes Explore AI and technology to enhance program delivery Qualifications 5+ years of experience in Learning & Development or related fields with ownership of employee programs Strong grasp of adult learning principles and instructional design Experience managing enterprise learning and onboarding initiatives Proficiency in program and project management with cross-functional coordination skills Ability to analyze learning data and feedback for continuous improvement Skilled in translating business needs into scalable learning solutions Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities Benefits Competitive compensation packages Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits Opportunities for meaningful career growth Access to equity through stock options Supportive and collaborative work environment Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
