What You Will Be Doing

We’re seeking a strategic and experienced Manager, Systems Administration to lead our Global Systems Administration team in delivering reliable, high-performing enterprise infrastructure and applications. This pivotal role ensures 24x7 system availability across global environments, driving operational excellence and aligning technology solutions with business goals.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field
• 10+ years of IT experience, including managing global 24x7 environments
• Proven expertise in Microsoft platforms: O365, Active Directory, Azure, SaaS, IaaS
• Strong background in system monitoring, security, and backup technologies
• Demonstrated leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Experience developing and enforcing IT policies, standards, and governance frameworks
• Able to manage competing priorities and deliver results under pressure
• Strong business acumen; able to translate technical concepts into business terms
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, global environment
• Willingness and ability to travel as needed

Pay Range

$134,788.00-$171,585.00
