Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage supply chain planning to ensure alignment with strategic account goals.
  • Cook up cross-departmental coordination to optimize capacity planning and site utilization for both present and future demands.
  • Oversee the Clear to Build (CTB) process:
    • Make sure all materials are ready for production.
    • Collaborate with warehouse, procurement, and manufacturing teams to preemptively address shortages.
  • Own and manage inventory levels across the supply chain:
    • Maintain inventory within target thresholds.
    • Reduce excess and obsolete (E&O) inventory.
    • Implement corrective actions to align with inventory targets.
  • Track and analyze supply chain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), such as On-Time In-Full (OTIF), inventory turns, and CTB rate.
  • Identify risks and opportunities, and develop mitigation or improvement plans.
  • Lead supply/demand reviews to ensure accurate forecasting and planning.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with:
    • Customers – to understand their demand and service expectations.
    • Suppliers – to ensure they provide timely material availability.
    • Forwarders/logistics partners – to manage inbound and outbound flows.
  • Drive IT tool enhancements to support:
    • Demand planning.
    • Material planning.
    • Reporting and analytics.
  • Collaborate with IT and planning teams to implement and optimize planning systems.

Benefits

The salary range for this position at @HYVE Solutions is $120K-150K.
