About the role
The Manager, Subscription Marketing will support the execution and optimization of subscriber growth initiatives across acquisition and email marketing for The Daily Beast.
Core Responsibilities
- 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, lifecycle marketing, email marketing, and/or growth marketing
- Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms such as Sailthru, Braze, Iterable, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Experience executing marketing campaigns within marketing platforms
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance metrics
- Experience with A/B testing and experimentation frameworks
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Experience working in a subscription, digital media, newsletter, or direct-to-consumer business model strongly preferred
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple tests and campaigns simultaneously
- Proactive self-starter

Pay
The pay range for this full-time position is $80,000-$95,000.
