About the role

Manage sourcing and supplier priorities that improve value, reliability, and operational performance. Partner with finance, operations, legal, and business stakeholders to negotiate effectively, manage vendors, and support better purchasing decisions. The position offers the opportunity to improve cost discipline, supplier performance, and the processes that support scalable execution within a healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead functional responsibilities across areas to ensure strategic and operational alignment
• Provide direction and guidance to regional and service area leaders for performance goal achievement
• Manage vendor and contract labor strategies to optimize organizational spend
• Drive system compliance and execute competitive sourcing initiatives
• Analyze and report on KPIs to track operational performance and value delivery

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, data science, or clinical discipline
• 7 years of sourcing experience or equivalent
• Thorough knowledge of supply chain principles and practices with demonstrated financial analysis ability
• Advanced data analytics and procurement skills with proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or Tableau
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and ability to convey complex findings simply
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while working independently and collaboratively with stakeholders

Pay

$110,000 – $130,000 annually
