Manager, Strategic Product Consultants, Owners (Remote)

About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Manager, Strategic Product Consultants, Owners (Remote) to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space. This role will lead a strategic team supporting client-facing professional services initiatives across a SaaS environment. The manager will drive process improvements, support escalated issues, and partner closely with customer success and professional services leadership to strengthen team performance. This position also plays an important role in developing talent, shaping team objectives, and supporting business growth through effective consulting execution.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

• Lead and guide strategic product consultant responsibilities to drive new initiatives and process changes
• Provide expertise for escalated client issues and objection handling
• Demonstrate business growth and transformation within the professional services team
• Engage with global professional services and customer success leadership on team performance
• Establish and maintain job expectations; monitor and appraise performance results
• Inspire team members to achieve high metrics and develop team objectives
• Recruit, mentor, and develop team members by identifying training and career opportunities

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a SaaS management or team lead role
• 3+ years in professional services on SaaS platforms focusing on onboarding and client relationships
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Understanding of business transformation and consulting services development
• Creative leadership with the ability to inspire and motivate teams
• Deep knowledge of recurring revenue business model value drivers
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business or a related field preferred

Pay

$157,590 – $216,686 annually
