About the role

The Manager, Strategic Partnerships will play a crucial role in growing the healthcare staffing marketplace through impactful partnerships with key players in the healthcare ecosystem.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and manage strategic partnerships with organizations such as healthcare REITs, law firms, technology companies, consultants, associations, and others.
  • Create partnership models that generate mutual value, including referrals, co-marketing, strategic introductions, integrations, channel partnerships, and other creative commercial arrangements.
  • Attend industry events to foster relationships and explore new opportunities.
  • Work closely with various departments to ensure partnerships align with company goals and are operationally feasible.
  • Bring market insights back to the business to inform strategy, product development, and customer acquisition.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, sales, growth, healthcare, healthcare technology, healthcare services, staffing, real estate, consulting, or a related field.
  • Existing relationships in healthcare services, real estate, technology, or related adjacent industries.
  • Experience sourcing, structuring, and managing commercial relationships.
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity and building a function, playbook, or channel from the ground up.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong business judgment and ability to identify mutually beneficial opportunities.
  • Proven ability to build trust with senior external stakeholders and balance relationship-building with measurable commercial outcomes.
  • Excitement to be part of building out a system that serves as the playbook for potential future hires in this space.

Pay

OTE $155K – $215K
Base Salary Range $115,000 - $145,000
Candidate’s compensation offer within this range will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, and geographic location.
