This role will lead operational priorities focused on execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes within a manufacturing environment. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency.
Responsibilities
- Build relationships with governors' offices and local government leaders
- Monitor policy and economic development trends affecting the company
- Align government engagement strategies across the company group companies
- Identify emerging public-sector growth opportunities
- Partner with business units to advance growth initiatives
- Manage and track opportunities through Salesforce
- Prepare executive briefings and strategic updates
Qualifications
- 8-10+ years of experience in government affairs, public policy, or state/local government relations
- Proven success building relationships with government leaders and public-sector stakeholders
- Strong understanding of government engagement and its impact on business growth
- Experience in infrastructure, energy, transportation, or technology-related initiatives preferred
- Demonstrated ability to manage strategic opportunities using CRM systems like Salesforce
- Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Pay
$126,648 – $158,310 annually
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
