Manager Stadium Relations
About the role
The Manager of Stadium Relations will assist the Vice President of Stadium Relations with projects and initiatives for Highmark Stadium. This position will focus on areas of stadium compliance, community engagement, communication and reports.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the organization and implementation of community initiatives in partnership with community impact, events, and stadium operations.
- Monitor, track, and manage compliance efforts for organizational initiatives, specifically post-construction goals.
- Oversee the periodic reporting requirements.
- Assist with communications regarding the stadium both in written and verbal form, including stadium updates, activations & community investment highlights.
- Work closely with the VP for Stadium Relations to prepare and provide reports on stadium updates to state and local government officials and representatives.
- Manage workflows and document organization to ensure accuracy for all high-visibility reporting.
- Provide support to other special projects as needed.
- Other responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3-5 years previous work experience required, preferably in government relations, community engagement or related field.
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships and collaborate on a variety of projects.
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in creating and producing reports.
- Experience in compliance.
- Detail-oriented with an ability to coordinate projects from development through completion.
- Highly organized with demonstrated ability to set and manage priorities and responsibilities.
- Adept at managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Experience with project management, document control, and compliance tracking platforms such as Procore, Bluebeam Revu, eMars, and B2Gnow (or similar platforms) is highly preferred.
Physical Requirements
Work schedule must be flexible – evenings, weekends, and some holidays required as needed. Ability to work in all weather conditions. During the work week, this is a sedentary position requiring extended periods of sitting while performing precise physical tasks, such as fine hand manipulation. During game days & events, ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 6–8 hours) during stadium events. Frequent movement across various areas of the stadium, including climbing stairs, ramps, and navigating large crowds. Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.

Pay
Salary will be considered and determined by the successful candidate’s experience and qualifications. The target salary range for this position is $62,500 - $80,000.
