About the role
Responsible for identifying, evaluating, and executing on real estate development opportunities that align with SB Energy's growth strategy.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate market trends and identify potential real estate development projects
- Develop and execute acquisition strategies for new properties
- Manage the due diligence process for potential investments
- Work closely with legal and financial teams to structure deals
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate development or investment
- Strong understanding of real estate markets and investment analysis
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- Experience in renewable energy industry is a plus
- Knowledge of green building standards and sustainability practices
