Responsibilities
- Possess a proven track record in sponsorship sales or corporate partnerships, with a demonstrated ability to generate new business through consultative selling.
- Develop and execute customized sponsorship proposals and presentations that align with partner marketing objectives and leverage the full inventory of HSH club assets.
- Negotiate sponsorship agreements and commercial terms, maintain an active pipeline, and consistently meet or exceed revenue goals.
- Partner with club leadership to identify local sponsorship opportunities and revenue strategies, providing support on prospecting, proposal development, and sales presentations.
- Establish sponsorship sales best practices, processes, and reporting standards across all HSH clubs, supporting alignment between centralized and local partnership efforts.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Ticketing, Consumer Products, and Data teams to develop integrated commercial offerings and sponsorship inventory.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, sales forecasts, and pipeline reporting to support enterprise visibility and decision-making.
- Represent HSH at industry conferences, networking events, league meetings, and client events.
Qualifications
- 3–6 years of experience in sponsorship sales, corporate partnerships, business development, or related revenue generation roles.
- Strong presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills, with experience developing customized partnership proposals for corporate clients.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms, including Salesforce or comparable systems, and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- A self-starter mentality with an entrepreneurial mindset and genuine comfort building in an early-stage, high-growth environment.
- Experience in professional sports, collegiate athletics, entertainment, or media is preferred.
- Knowledge of integrated sponsorship activation and partnership marketing is preferred.
