Responsibilities
- Recruit and mentor architects to align with industry and company goals
- Drive Financial Services industry strategy across teams
- Provide leadership and vision for the company’s financial service solutions
- Offer technical leadership on the company products to support business development and sales initiatives
- Execute industry strategy by integrating the company’s full technology stack for financial services
Qualifications
- M.Sc. or Ph.D. in computer science, data science, electrical engineering, or computer engineering (or equivalent experience)
- 4+ years of solid technical leadership in team development and fostering collaboration
- 8+ years of diverse experience in areas like systems architecture, software development, and model training
- Experience with the company software pipelines and GPU products
- Excellent presentation skills to communicate complex ideas effectively
- Experience in cross-team collaboration and developing leaders
