Manager, Software Engineering - Platform

Responsibilities

• Shape and execute engineering strategy for Transformers initiatives
• Collaborate with Product and Architecture leaders to create scalable solutions
• Build and manage a robust engineering roadmap focused on innovation
• Oversee delivery and execution of projects across multiple teams
• Manage and mentor engineering teams, promoting a culture of improvement
• Partner cross-functionally to ensure strategic alignment on priorities
• Present technical strategies and progress to senior leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering; advanced degree preferred
• 5+ years of software engineering experience; 2+ years in management
• Experience managing multiple teams or groups of 7+ engineers
• Proven ability to align technical vision with business strategy
• Strong background in cloud-based product development (Azure or AWS)
• Deep knowledge of modern engineering practices like CI/CD and microservices
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder and executive engagement

Pay

$180,000 – $200,000 annually
