Manager, Software Engineering - Identity Platform

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and execution of the Identity Platform
• Ensure accuracy and compliance in KYC and ongoing customer risk monitoring
• Drive automation using AI to enhance efficiency in KYC/KYB processes
• Mentor and develop a high-performing engineering team
• Manage customer and regulatory escalations with clear communication
• Collaborate with departments to influence platform roadmap and strategy

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years in engineering, with 3+ years managing senior and staff engineers
• Strong backend engineering expertise in building and scaling systems
• Experience across multiple product lines, with knowledge in Java/Spring Boot and Python/Airflow
• High standards for operational excellence and system reliability
• Hands-on approach to AI and ML for automation
• Proven ability to engage with enterprise customers and regulators
• Strong communication skills to lead cross-functional initiatives
