Manager - Software Engineering

Hybrid$110k–$180k/yrFull-time
We need to output HTML fragment with headings

for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. Must not include Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate. Must preserve all substantive info. We need to parse the posting. Content: - Intro paragraph about Ally and career, etc. Could be "About the role"? Actually "About the role" could be the introductory description of the role and company. We'll include that as a

under

About the role

. - Work Schedule: mention fully on-site, hybrid, fully remote, hybrid days per week, hiring manager will discuss, subject to change. That's schedule info. So we can have a

Schedule

with

describing. - The Opportunity: description of Manager - Software Engineering responsibilities. That's responsibilities. So

Responsibilities

with
  • items. - The Work Itself: many bullet-like paragraphs. Could be broken into sub-sections but we only have allowed headings. Could combine under Responsibilities or maybe Skills? The Work Itself includes technical leadership, solution delivery, etc. Those are responsibilities. So we can put them under Responsibilities as list items. - Minimum Qualifications: 7+ years experience, Bachelor's degree etc. That's qualifications. So

    Qualifications

    with
. - The Qualifications We’re Looking For: 5+ years experience, hands-on experience with React.js etc. That's also qualifications/skills. Could be under Requirements or Skills. Since we have both Requirements and Qualifications headings allowed. We need to decide. Usually Requirements = minimum qualifications, Qualifications = preferred? But we can put the "Qualifications We’re Looking For" under

      Requirements

as list. And maybe "Highly Preferred" under

      Skills

or under Qualifications? Let's think. We have sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to avoid filler. We have concrete info for: - About the role: intro paragraph about Ally and career, etc. - Responsibilities: The Opportunity + The Work Itself (multiple bullet points). We'll list as
      • . - Requirements: Minimum Qualifications (7+ years, Bachelor's degree) maybe also The Qualifications We’re Looking For (5+ years experience, hands-on experience with certain tech). Could combine. - Qualifications: maybe the "Highly Preferred" items? Or we could treat Qualifications as the "Minimum Qualifications" and Requirements as the "The Qualifications We’re Looking For". But we need to avoid duplication. Better: Use Requirements for the mandatory qualifications (minimum qualifications). Use Qualifications for the preferred qualifications (the "Qualifications We’re Looking For" and "Highly Preferred"). Skills: maybe we can list specific technical skills (React.js, Java, Spring Boot, etc.) as a separate section. But we already have them in Qualifications. Could still create Skills section listing those technologies. Benefits: The "How We'll Have Your Back" section details benefits: Time Away, Planning for the Future, Supporting your Health & Well-being, Building a Family, Work-Life Integration, Other Compensations. That's substantive. So we need Benefits section with
        • each benefit category. Pay: Base Pay Range $110,000 - $180,000 and Incentive Compensation mention. So we need Pay section. Schedule: we already have Work Schedule info. We must not include sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". We have actual data. We must not include boilerplate like EEO, legal, etc. Remove. We must not repeat job title as heading. We must not include navigation, cookie, etc. We must output only HTML fragment. Let's craft. Structure:
