Responsibilities

  • Own and optimize the affiliate strategy across the US to drive DTC revenue growth in line with regional targets.
  • Shape the regional affiliate and partner plan, setting priorities for promotions, partnerships, and growth initiatives across the year.
  • Lead management of the AWIN affiliate network in close partnership with AWIN Account Managers, holding the channel to best-in-class execution and performance.

    • Lead commercial negotiations with the network and individual partners to maximize performance and profitability.
    • Build and maintain strong, profitable partner relationships while diversifying the publisher and vertical mix.
  • Campaigns & Performance Plan and lead affiliate campaigns, promotions, and growth initiatives with partners and the network. Own performance against KPIs — analyzing trends, drawing out insight, and continuously optimizing the channel.
  • Prepare and present regular performance reports, insights, and recommendations for internal stakeholders.
  • Cross-Functional & Strategic Contribution:
    • Partner closely with eCommerce, Marketing, Performance, Social, and Creative teams to support wider business objectives.
    • Support SharkNinja product launches, key trading moments, and the testing of new growth opportunities.
    • Contribute to regional and global best practices, processes, and continuous improvement across the affiliate channel.
  • Operations & Administration:
    • Oversee day-to-day affiliate platform and network management.
    • Manage promotional codes, sample send-outs, commission adjustments, campaign setups, and sales validations.
    • Brief and manage banner and creative requests for campaigns and exclusive affiliate cooperation's.
    • Ensure accurate tracking, attribution, product feeds, and smooth technical execution across all affiliate activity.
    • Manage budgets, onboard vendors, coordinate contracts with Legal, and handle related invoice coordination.
