Manager, ServiceNow - Certified System Administrator (CSA)

Responsibilities

  • Manage ServiceNow client implementations including leading multiple workstreams from initial planning, requirements design, development, testing, implementation, and post engagement support.
  • Lead client workshops to present leading practices for ITSM, ITOM, or IRM while understanding their complex needs and translating them into functional and technical requirements.
  • Engage with decision-makers to lay out project roadmaps and ensure the delivery aligns with the organizational strategies and objectives.
  • Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to team members and clients on ServiceNow operations, upgrades, and development.
  • Lead on-shore and off-shore teams to complete agile-based deliverables as assigned by engagement leadership during project execution.
  • Support business development activities such as identification, proposal development, and other pursuit activities; work with the appropriate KPMG resources from other service lines/industries.
  • Manage engagements according to KPMGs financial/cost management policies

Qualifications

  • Minimum five years of recent experience managing and maintaining large, enterprise systems in complex, matrixed organizations, with at least three years of experience directly managing the ServiceNow platform with an extensive focus ITSM, ITOM and IRM.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university or a minimum five years equivalent work experience.
  • Completion of at least two full implementations of ServiceNow and hold current certifications in ServiceNow System Administration (CSA) and at least one of the following is preferred: CIS - IT Service Management, CIS – Discovery, CIS - Event Management, CIS - Service Mapping, CIS - Risk and Compliance, CIS - Third-party Risk Management, or CIS - Vulnerability Response.
