Responsibilities
- Support the R&D team with the implementation of a formal sensory science competence in the U.S.
- Carry out sensory testing across all new product introduction (NPI) platforms, including taste modulation, flavor development, and flavor applications.
- Apply appropriate sensory test methods to meet project requirements and serve as a sensory partner throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage and train sensory panels and support training efforts as necessary.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science or a related field
- 3-5 years of professional experience in Sensory and panelist training
- 1-2 years of experience managing sensory projects from start to finish
- Experience with Compusense, Fizz, Mentimeter, XLStat, or other sensory and statistical software
Compensation
$125k-$145k
