Manager/Senior Manager, International Tax - Transactions

Responsibilities

• Serve as an international tax advisor
• Support business development
• Oversight of multiple client engagements
• Conduct research
• Review tax advice
• Lead international compliance and planning projects

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of experience in international corporate taxation or related fields
• Relevant educational credentials such as CPA, JD/LLM, or EA
• Expertise in international tax planning areas including transactional structuring, transfer pricing, and treaty research
• Strong communication, research, and client relationship skills

Additional for Senior Managers

• At least eight years of relevant experience
• Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships
