Manager/Senior Manager, Clinical Supply Chain

For our client, we are seeking a Manager/Senior Manager, Clinical Supply Chain to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. This role will help coordinate clinical supply planning and execution across study teams, internal stakeholders, and external manufacturing and distribution partners. The position is focused on ensuring trial materials are available on time, inventory is managed effectively, and supply plans stay aligned with clinical demand. It will also play a key role in maintaining GMP inventory controls, drug accountability, and issue resolution across the clinical supply chain. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $114,600 – $154,600 annually Responsibilities Represent Clinical Supply Chain on clinical study teams and provide high service to internal stakeholders Collaborate with Clinical Operations to align supply plans with clinical demand Create and manage inventory and production schedules for clinical trial materials Monitor production schedule adherence and initiate necessary course corrections Oversee GMP inventory management and ensure drug accountability Manage daily activities with CMOs, distribution vendors, and internal teams Investigate exceptions to supply plans and implement corrective actions and closures Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field Minimum of 5 years of progressive supply chain experience Experience in biotech, pharmaceutical, or CRO settings preferred Benefits Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) retirement plan with company matching Flexible Spending Account (FSA) and Health Savings Account (HSA) options Life insurance coverage and wellness programs Paid time off to support work-life balance Employee stock options and participation in a stock purchase plan Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
