Manager, Seller Experience

Responsibilities

  • Define and champion the product vision, roadmap, and requirements for the seller experience within the revenue ecosystem.
  • Act as the primary business interface between sales professionals, executive leaders, and technical engineering teams to prioritize the product backlog, author detailed user stories, and drive Agile delivery.
  • Analyze the end-to-end seller responsibilities to identify friction points, workflow inefficiencies, and opportunities for enablement; design intuitive, technology-enabled processes that minimize administrative burdens, enhance pipeline management, and streamline sales execution.
  • Orchestrate the integration of the CRM platform with the broader sales and marketing technology stack, including enterprise data platforms (Databricks) and marketing automation platforms; ensure sellers have seamless, real-time access to predictive analytics, buyer intent signals, and marketing campaign engagement.
  • Drive the adoption of advanced capabilities, including generative AI assistants, automated contact intelligence, predictive forecasting, and interactive seller dashboards; continually evaluate, shape, and pilot emerging technologies to keep our organization at the forefront of sales execution innovation.
  • Develop and lead change management, communication, and training strategies to ensure high adoption of new sales capabilities; establish performance metrics and KPIs to measure system utilization, data quality, and the direct impact of technology initiatives on seller productivity.

Qualifications

  • Minimum seven years of recent experience in product management, sales operations, or sales technology enablement, preferably within a complex B2B or professional services environment.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university in business administration, information technology, marketing, or a related field required; master's degree is a plus.
  • Proven track record of acting as a product owner in an Agile/Scrum framework, managing backlogs, writing user stories, and leading cross-functional squads.
  • Deep understanding of the seller mindset, sales methodologies, pipeline dynamics, and account-based sales strategy.
  • Extensive experience with enterprise CRM platforms (Salesforce CRM environment preferred) and understanding of custom object architecture, security settings, and layout design; strong working knowledge of the broader sales and data ecosystem, including data lakes/platforms (for example Databricks), marketing automation (for example Salesforce Marketing Cloud), and sales intelligence tools (for example ZoomInfo, DemandBase, IntroHive, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
  • Familiarity with AI-driven sales enablement tools, predictive forecasting models, and enterprise data visualization platforms; Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO), or related Agile product management certifications are highly preferred; Salesforce certifications or formal sales enablement training are a plus.
