Manager, Security - Logistics

About the role

Responsible for leading cross-functional teams in developing innovative solutions to complex business problems. Works closely with stakeholders across the organization to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic plans that align with organizational goals
• Lead project teams through all phases of development, from inception to completion
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, engineering, design, and sales
• Ensure projects meet quality standards and deadlines
• Communicate progress and challenges to senior leadership and other stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in project management or a similar role
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Experience with Agile methodologies preferred
• Knowledge of project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Microsoft Project
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
