Manager - Scrum Master

Position Summary

Carrries out and facilitates Scrum events, removes impediments, promotes collaboration, supports the Product Owner, and drives continuous improvement. Ensures the effective implementation of the Scrum framework, creates a conducive environment for the team's success, and fosters a culture of collaboration and continuous learning.

Counsels scrum master teams on agile principles and values to support self-organization, continuous learning, and continuous improvement. Interprets the agile metrics and reporting framework to track and report key information and monitor team progress.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of work experience
• Adept at problem solving and decision making skills
• Adept at collaboration and teamwork
• Adept at growth mindset (agility and developing yourself and others) skills
• Adept at execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting) skills
• Adept at business intelligence

Preferred Qualifications

• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) preferred

Pay Range

The Typical Pay Range For This Role Is $83,430.00 - $166,860.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
