We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team in providing high-quality patient care.
About the role
This position is for a full-time Registered Nurse in our Medical-Surgical unit. You will work closely with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care to patients with a variety of medical conditions.
Responsibilities
- Assess patient health problems and needs, develop and implement nursing care plans, and maintain medical records.
- Administer nursing care to ill, injured, convalescent, or disabled patients.
- Advise patients on health maintenance and disease prevention or provide case management.
- May supervise licensed practical nurses, nursing aides, and assistants.
- Collaborate with members of the interdisciplinary healthcare team to plan, manage, and assess patient care.
- Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients' conditions.
- Instruct individuals, families, or other groups on topics such as health education, disease prevention, or childbirth, and develop health improvement programs.
Requirements
- Active and unrestricted RN license in the state of practice.
- Minimum of 2 years of recent Medical-Surgical nursing experience.
- BLS and ACLS certifications required.
- Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Schedule
- Full-time, 36 hours per week.
- Rotating shifts including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Every other weekend off.
