Manager, SAP Technical Innovation

Role Overview: This position involves managing SAP advisory projects, supporting process design, implementation, and evaluations, with a focus on SAP Business AI technologies such as SAP Joule, embedded AI, and cloud integrations. Key Responsibilities: Organize and execute workshops on SAP AI, architecture, and cloud services; design, build, and test SAP technical development objects (RICEFW); oversee project performance and team management; uphold professional integrity and a respectful work environment. Qualifications & Skills: Minimum five years of SAP advisory experience across industries; a bachelor’s degree; at least four years of SAP ABAP expertise and understanding of SAP architecture; working knowledge of AI tools (e.g., SAP AI, GitHub Co-pilot, LLMs); experience with BTP, CDS Views, AMDP, workflows, IDOCs, OData, Fiori, BADIs, BAPIs; strong communication, analytical, and writing skills; ability to travel; authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
