Manager, SAP FICO - Transfer Pricing
Responsibilities
- Lead full-lifecycle SAP FICO and S/4HANA implementations focusing on intercompany processes, transfer pricing, and cross-border supply chain financials.
- Serve as the primary SAP architect for Transfer Pricing solutions.
- Configure Profit Center Accounting (PCA), multiple valuation approaches (legal, group, profit center), Intercompany (IC) billing, and stock transfers.
- Partner with client corporate tax and finance controllership teams to translate global transfer pricing policies (e.g., OECD guidelines, local statutory rules) into scalable, automated SAP system designs.
- Configure complex markup/markdown scenarios and intercompany reconciliation processes.
- Advise C-suite and VP-level stakeholders (Tax, Finance, IT) on leading practices for operationalizing transfer pricing, reducing tax compliance risks, and improving intercompany transparency.
- Direct, mentor, and develop a team of senior associates and associates.
- Manage project economics, workstreams, and ensure high-quality delivery.
- Support go-to-market initiatives, collaborate with the Tax Advisory practice on joint proposals, and contribute to the development of thought leadership in operational transfer pricing.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience in SAP FICO configuration and consulting, with at least 3 years operating at a managerial or team lead level.
- Deep functional and technical knowledge of SAP intercompany processing (resource-related billing, cross-company sales/purchases), Profit Center Accounting, CO-PA, and multi-currency/multi-valuation configurations.
- Completion of at least 3 full-lifecycle SAP implementations with a heavy emphasis on global rollouts and complex intercompany setups.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Management Information Systems, or a related field from an accredited college/university.
- Ability to travel as needed
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Pay & Schedule
The base salary range for this role is $145,350 - $253,230 annually, depending on relevant factors such as applicant's skills, job responsibilities, prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications, and market considerations.
