Manager, SAP AI & Agent Governance

Role Overview Seeking a Manager in SAP AI & Agent Governance to lead the design and implementation of AI-enabled business processes within SAP systems. Key Responsibilities Design and deliver AI-driven processes across enterprise functions such as Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Manufacturing.Define roles, responsibilities, access models, and governance controls for AI agents and non-human actors.Develop governance frameworks for AI agents, including identity management, lifecycle, monitoring, and oversight.Assess risks in AI-enabled processes and implement control frameworks, escalation procedures, and runtime monitoring.Collaborate with teams on SAP BTP, security, IAM/IGA, and AI to ensure governed access to applications, workflows, and enterprise data.Support client workshops, contribute to methodologies, thought leadership, and proposals related to Trusted Agents.Maintain professionalism, integrity, and uphold a respectful work environment. Qualifications & Skills At least five years of experience in SAP functional consulting, business process transformation, or related technology initiatives.Strong knowledge of SAP processes such as Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing.Experience with AI, automation, SAP BTP, APIs, workflows, and emerging technologies is highly preferred.Understanding of identity, access, and governance concepts including roles, privileges, and lifecycle management.Ability to translate business needs into practical AI and governance solutions; leadership experience is a plus.Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills. This role requires significant collaboration, problem-solving, and the ability to work effectively with senior leaders. Candidates must be authorized to work without sponsorship.
