Sales Support Responsibilities

Oversee the Sales Coordinator team with pre-sales activities, including preparing quotes, proposals, and presentations ensuring you are meeting turnaround times and accurate submission.

Ensure the team is maintaining customer and prospect databases, ensuring all information is accurate and up to date in the CRM system.

Cook up communication between the sales team, brokers, and internal departments to ensure a seamless sales process.

Be responsible for timely responses to customer and broker inquiries and deliver consistent follow up on leads, ensuring a smooth transition from sales to delivery.

Aid in preparing sales reports, tracking performance metrics, and identifying sales opportunities.

Be involved in recruiting, hiring, and training new sales coordinators ensuring the team is well-equipped to succeed.

Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and mentoring to sales reps, helping them improve their skills and performance.

Ensure Salesforce data hygiene is up to date, including overseeing and reviewing small deal pipeline.

Contracts Management Responsibilities

Oversee the creation, review, and management of contracts and agreements, ensuring compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and industry standards.

Assist in the preparation and execution of service-level agreements (SLAs) and other customer-facing documents.

Collaborate with legal, finance, and sales teams to ensure that contracts are accurate and aligned with business terms and conditions.

Be responsible for the timely execution of contracts, tracking their progress from negotiation to final approval.

Act as the primary point of contact for any contract-related inquiries or issues, providing guidance to sales teams and clients as needed.

Oversee the approval process for contract modifications and renewals, including managing redlines, amendments, and necessary revisions.

Negotiate contract terms when necessary, ensuring that both the company’s and clients’ needs are met.

Track and report on contract renewal dates, ensuring timely renewals or renegotiations.

Stay updated on industry best practices and legal changes related to contract management.

Provide administrative support to the sales team and assist in customer meetings or calls when required.

Monitor contract performance and follow up on any compliance or operational issues.

Avoid process improvements to streamline contract management.

Ensure the contract administration and systems management of new products and process integrations are in line with business needs and strategic direction of the company.

Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure contract compliance and identify emerging trends.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, legal, or equivalent work experience
  • 4+ years of experience in sales support, contracts management, or a related role, ideally within a fast-paced business environment
  • 2+ years of experience managing, motivating, and leading a team to deliver on ambitious goals
  • 2+ years experience in CRM software and Google or Microsoft Office Suite (Excel / sheets, Word, PowerPoint / decks)
  • 1+ years of experience with contract law and the contracting process, with experience in drafting and reviewing contracts and working with legal teams and ability to analyze, solve problems, and make decisions based on both contractual and sales considerations
  • 1+ years of experience managing cross functional stakeholders and multiple projects at once

Extra Credit

  • Familiarity with Agiloft or other contract lifecycle management software
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software
  • Experience with pre-sales activities, including preparing quotes, proposals, and presentations
  • Familiarity with fully, self or level funded health insurance contracts
  • Experience in the health insurance industry is preferred

Pay

Compensation Range: $90.3K - $120.4K
