About the role

We are seeking a Manager, Mid-Market Sales Development, Existing Business to lead a high-performing sales development team. This role requires a proven track record of driving sales pipelines and a passion for innovation in sales techniques.

Responsibilities

  • Build and train members of the Mid Market Sales Development team to identify, contact, and create qualified opportunities
  • Help shape the future of AI-native selling through exposure to emerging GTM workflows, agents, automation, and modern prospecting strategies
  • Partner with the marketing, Account Management teams to develop campaigns that align to their respective goals based on a territory plan
  • Leverage creative marketing and sales tactics to help the SDR team prospect and engage with multiple buyer personas to introduce Zoominfo's value
  • Manage SDR reports and dashboards to ensure the results they deliver can be easily understood by stakeholders throughout the organization
  • Iterate on the sales development process, methodology, campaigns, hiring profiles, training and enablement with respect to the Zoominfo core values
  • Assist with recruiting, hiring, and onboarding new Sales Development Representatives

Requirements

  • 1+ years management experience in Mid-Market or Enterprise sales or sales development
  • A proven track record of delivering sales pipeline at a fast growing company with multiple sales segments within an outbound model
  • A deep understanding of the outbound SDR motion and how to motivate early career sellers
  • A drive to continue innovation and evolution of the SDR role through usage of AI and other tools and process changes
  • Experience selling a GTM solution is a major plus!
  • Ability to attract, retain, and motivate exceptional team members
  • Excellent active listening skills with genuine curiosity used to easily collaborate with both prospects and colleagues
  • A passion for customers and the desire to build authentic relationships
  • A broad knowledge of the sales technology ecosystem, including Salesforce

  • A general understanding of ZoomInfo offerings

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage and mentor a team
  • Outbound sales experience
  • Experience with prospecting tools like Outreach, ZoomInfo

Pay

The US base salary range for this position is $70,500.00 - $105,000.00 + variable compensation + benefits. Actual compensation offered will be based on factors such as the candidate’s work location, qualifications, skills, experience and/or training.

Schedule

This is an in-office position in Waltham MA, Bethesda MD, or Vancouver WA.
