About the role

Sprinklr is the definitive, AI-native platform for Unified Customer Experience Management (Unified-CXM), empowering brands to deliver extraordinary experiences at scale — across every customer touchpoint. By combining human instinct with the speed and efficiency of AI, Sprinklr helps brands earn trust and loyalty through personalized, seamless, and efficient customer interactions. Sprinklr’s unified platform provides powerful solutions for every customer-facing team — spanning social media management, marketing, advertising, customer feedback, and omnichannel contact center management — enabling enterprises to unify data, break down silos, and act on real-time insights.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of 6-10 SDRs to achieve and blow through any quota put in front of you and your team
  • Inspire, engage, and enable your team; coach them on best practice, review and assess performance, support their professional development, and optimize their contribution to their regions
  • Drive an ever-evolving team and when necessary, find and train new talent
  • Be the bridge between Sales leadership and your reports
  • Be highly disciplined in recording and analyzing team metrics
  • Take a creative and personalized approach in all activities assigned to your team
  • Hold your team accountable to deliver an enhanced customer experience at all touchpoints with brands
  • Leave the automated canned emails and scripted calls in the past and coach your team on elevating and enhancing outreach methods and methodology
  • Constantly educate yourself on new industry and technology trends as well as use available resources to understand ongoing restructuring within key prospect accounts
  • Welcome new ideas, but test them thoroughly and live by the question: will this scale?

Requirements

You have 3-5 years of software sales experience meaning you’ve experienced the full range of obstacles when dealing with complex business process, prospecting, and opportunities

You have extensive Salesforce knowledge

You are a proven leader who’s led an Inside Sales or Marketing team for 2-3 years reporting to a global management structure and consistently achieving team quota

You have worked with fast-growing startups in the past and the tools they deem necessary (pulling and analyzing reports in Salesforce, crowd-sharing Google technology, etc.)

You lead by example and never expect one of your teammates to do something you wouldn’t

You are an inquisitive learner, intellectually curious, and a trailblazer with creative ideas never settling for the status quo

You are humble, but confident in your abilities and skills as a leader and see your future in management

You are a dreamer and believe just because something has never been done, doesn’t mean it can’t be

Qualifications

Our philosophy: Our goal is to ensure every employee feels like they belong and are operating in a collaborative environment. We fervently believe every employee matters and should be respected and heard. We believe we are stronger when we belong because collectively, we’re more innovative, creative, and successful.

Skills

We focus on our mission: Sprinklr was founded in 2009 to solve a big problem: growing enterprise complexity that separated brands from their customers. Our vision was clear: to unify fragmented teams, tools, and data — helping large organizations build deeper, more meaningful connections with the people they serve. Today, Sprinklr has a unified, AI-native platform for four product suites: Sprinklr Service, Sprinklr Social, Sprinklr Marketing, and Sprinklr Insights. Sprinklr is here to do three things: Lead a new category of enterprise software that we call Unified-CXM. Empower companies to deliver next generation, unified engagement journeys that reimagine the customer experience. Create a culture of customer obsession, with trust, teamwork, and accountability.

Benefits

At Sprinklr, base pay depends on multiple individualized factors, including experience, qualifications, job-related knowledge and skills, and geographic location.
