About the role

Lead fraud and risk mitigation efforts that help protect clients, strengthen controls, and improve the effectiveness of financial services operations. Partner closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to design practical programs that improve client outcomes and operational performance. Guide a team and drive best practices across a complex, client-facing environment, bringing a blend of consulting, regulatory awareness, and technology-enabled problem solving to support secure and scalable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement operational procedures for fraud mitigation
• Provide consulting support to clients on fraud prevention best practices
• Develop programs to ensure high client satisfaction
• Assist in integrating fraud prevention technologies and analytics
• Support compliance with regulatory requirements in fraud prevention
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners for seamless solutions
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field
• CFE certification preferred but not required
• 7+ years in fraud prevention or risk management within financial services
• 5+ years leading high-performing teams
• Experience in credit unions or community banks with regulatory knowledge
• Consulting experience with technology-driven solutions

Pay

$117,000 – $187,200 annually
