Manager, Risk Management - AI Transformation

Responsibilities

• Lead workshops to redefine risk management processes and establish an AI-native vision.
• Challenge existing assumptions about operational processes to enhance efficiency.
• Transform risk management into an AI-enabled organization, allowing human focus on risk and oversight.
• Ensure compliance with the company's AI risk management framework across all developments.
• Develop a foundational architecture of reusable capabilities for AI processes.
• Drive the creation of critical AI applications for transformation objectives.
• Maintain the risk management roadmap, ensuring alignment with central AI team initiatives.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in business transformation or related fields, with a focus on process redesign and automation.
• Experience optimizing complex business processes with a strong future-state vision.
• Proficiency in modern AI concepts and the ability to apply AI solutions to business challenges.
• Track record of leading cross-functional projects from inception to measurable results.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, particularly with senior-level process owners.
• Exposure to risk management and compliance, with the ability to engage relevant stakeholders effectively.
• Excellent program management skills with experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Pay

• $157,500 – $205,000 annually
