Manager, Risk Data Product Manager
About the role

The role involves working within the Nexus Risk Data Products organization, where you will contribute to the data strategy for the Enterprise Risk Organization (ERO).
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to research, ideate, and deliver reusable data products.
- Apply discovery and research techniques to identify internal customer pain points.
- Break down business epics into features and further into user stories.
- Write acceptance criteria and lead refinement efforts with the engineering team.
- Determine day-to-day priorities, troubleshoot reported issues, and oversee releases.
- Research and troubleshoot data-related issues from the data user communities.
- Conduct data analysis to drive insights into new product features.
Requirements
- A strong passion for data.
- A high-level understanding of a modern cloud-based data ecosystem.
- A deep understanding of data producer and consumer needs and pain points.
- A solid grasp of data governance concepts.
- A strong technical background.
Qualifications
- Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date:
- A Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field), Business or Marketing
- A Bachelor's degree in any field and 3 years of Product Management experience

Pay
Salaries for this role vary by location. For example, in McLean, VA, the minimum annual salary is $164,800 and the maximum is $188,100 for a Manager, Product Management position. For other locations, the minimum and maximum salaries can be found in the provided information.
Schedule
The role is full-time and eligible to earn performance-based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonuses and/or long-term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be either discretionary or non-discretionary depending on the plan.
