About the role

Jaggers, part of the Texas Roadhouse brand family, is looking for a Manager to assist our Managing Partner in the daily operation of the restaurant, delivering fresh food (burgers, chicken, salads, shakes) and exceptional service to all guests.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and guest satisfaction
• Enforce compliance with all employment policies in your area of responsibility
• Monitor tickets and set the pace during peak hours
• Conduct formal line Taste & Temp checks
• Provide and oversee thorough training
• Maintain proper food handling, maintenance, and storage of all items
• Conduct table visits with guests to gather insights and develop sales strategies to improve guest experience and drive sales
• Monitor and maintain cleanliness and proper maintenance of equipment directly or through staff
• Create a safe, fun, and clean work environment for staff consistent with core values and operational goals
• Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant and safety of guests at all times
