Manager, Revenue Accounting & Deal Operations

For our client, we are seeking a Manager, Revenue Accounting & Deal Operations to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This role will own the company’s revenue accounting and deal operations processes, with a focus on billing accuracy, collections, and order-to-cash execution. You will partner closely with Sales Operations, Legal, and other cross-functional teams to ensure billing terms are translated correctly into operational processes. The position also supports process improvements, reporting, audit readiness, and scalable controls as the organization continues to grow. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $110,000 – $130,000 annually Responsibilities Oversee the end-to-end billing process for accuracy Partner with Sales Operations and Legal on billing terms Maintain and update billing policies across products Lead global collections strategy to minimize DSO Monitor aging reports and handle delinquent accounts Oversee AR close processes and management reporting Support external audits and IPO readiness activities Qualifications 5+ years of accounting or finance experience, including 2 years in a leadership role Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field In-depth knowledge of Order-to-Cash best practices Experience in SaaS or healthcare technology preferred Hands-on experience with NetSuite and Salesforce Proven ability to build SOX-compliant processes Exceptional communication and negotiation skills Benefits Opportunity to work in a high-growth environment Chance to shape the future of healthcare technology Part of a team recognized on Fortune's Future 50 list Collaboration with cross-functional teams Access to cutting-edge AI solutions in healthcare Commitment to a diverse and inclusive workplace Possibility for career advancement in a scaling company Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
