Requirements

• Licensure/Certification/Registration:
  • RRT credential on hire
  • Successful completion of National Board for Respiratory Care Registry exam on hire
  • American Red Cross or American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS or BCLS) certification within two weeks of hire
  • NRP certification within one year of hire or transfer date
  • ACLS certification within six months of hire or transfer date
  • PALS certification within six months of hire or transfer date
• Education: Graduate of an accredited two-year respiratory therapy program
• Experience: Minimum of five years Respiratory Therapy experience; previous management and leadership experience preferred
