This role will lead operational priorities focused on execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency within a regulated financial services environment.
Responsibilities
- Own performance and evolution of first-party collections program
- Develop strategies to enhance collections and customer outcomes
- Lead relationships with BPOs and AI technology partners
- Monitor portfolio performance using data insights
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to scale collections solutions
- Oversee AI-powered servicing and digital communication rollouts
- Drive improvements in customer engagement across collections channels
- Establish scalable processes and frameworks for growth
Qualifications
- 5+ years leading collections programs
- Experienced in managing multi-channel operational programs
- Strong knowledge of collections and financial services operations
- Familiar with collaborating with BPO partners and vendors
- Data-driven decision-making and operational improvement skills
- Partnered with cross-functional teams in product and engineering
- Understanding of AI and digital customer engagement technologies

$117,000 – $167,000 annually
