Manager Research Regulatory Affairs

For our client, we are seeking a Manager Research Regulatory Affairs to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. This role will lead regulatory operations supporting clinical research activities across multiple trials and sites in a highly regulated environment. The manager will help shape compliance procedures, guide regulatory policy, and serve as a key partner to internal teams, external collaborators, and government agencies. This position also requires hands-on leadership in resolving regulatory issues while mentoring staff and strengthening team performance.
