Manager Research Associate
About the role
The MassMutual Investments team manages $25 billion across 50+ portfolios, spanning equities, fixed income and multi-asset solutions. The team curates partnerships with many of the world’s leading asset managers who sub advise our investment strategies including Barings. We are seeking a Manager Research Associate to support our investment research efforts.
Responsibilities
- Assist senior members of the Manager Research team in performing research on equity, fixed income and multi-asset funds to identify trends and opportunities
- Generate detailed investment reports and presentations for investment team and management
- Aid in the development of investment strategies and recommendations
- Collaborate with the Manager Research team and Multi-Asset Class Solutions team to support investment decisions
- Maintain and analyze the performance of investments
- Provide insights based on data analysis
Requirements
- 2+ years in investment research or a similar role
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field
Qualifications
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Proficiency in financial modeling and valuation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Eligible to work in the US without sponsorship

Pay
$92,800 - $121,800
Schedule
Hybrid role with at least 3 days per week in office and remote Fridays, company-wide remote weeks, and a bank of flexible remote weeks to use throughout the year.
