Manager, Quality Planning

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor quality control processes to ensure products/services meet established standards.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement.
• Lead initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and reduce defects through process optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality-related issues.
• Provide guidance and support to team members in achieving their objectives.
• Monitor and analyze quality metrics, preparing reports for senior management.
• Identify trends and recommend actionable insights to improve overall quality performance.
• Create and manage performance dashboards and vendor scorecards.
• Work closely with other departments to align quality objectives with business goals.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure quality expectations are met.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in quality assurance or a similar role.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
