About the role

As Manager, Quality Audit, you will be responsible for overseeing the quality assurance processes within the Customer Success – Support team. This includes conducting audits, ensuring compliance with company standards, and providing feedback to improve processes.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and conduct quality audits to ensure adherence to company standards and best practices.
  • Identify areas for improvement in the quality assurance processes and provide actionable recommendations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement changes and monitor progress towards quality goals.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with team members to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and regulatory requirements to ensure ongoing compliance and quality standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Quality Management, Business Administration).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a quality assurance or audit role, preferably within a customer-facing environment.
  • Proven ability to lead and mentor a team, including managing performance and setting clear expectations.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience with quality management systems and auditing tools.

Qualifications

  • Experience with AI tools and their integration into the quality assurance process.
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance and its impact on quality assurance.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay

Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually.

Schedule

Full-time position, 40 hours per week.
