About the role
This job will lead and inspire a team to cultivate strong provider relationships, drive network growth and retention, develop and execute comprehensive communication and education strategies, and partner with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Perform management responsibilities including hiring and termination decisions, coaching and development, rewards and recognition, performance management, and staff productivity.
- Plan, organize, staff, direct, and control the day-to-day operations of the department; develop and implement policies and programs as necessary; may have budgetary responsibility and authority.
- Develop and execute the provider communication roadmap, encompassing traditional and digital strategies to increase engagement, adoption, and support of organizational initiatives.
- Lead provider education initiatives, including outreach to key partners and providers. Evaluate the effectiveness of communication and education strategies and adapt as needed.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (Legal, Regulatory, Senior Leadership) to ensure alignment of strategies and tactics. Monitor regulatory changes and develop mitigation strategies to protect network viability and revenue.
- Design, develop, and implement value-added service programs to support network growth and retention.
Requirements
- Required: 5 years of experience in business analysis and provider/marketing communications, 3 years with management or leadership role, Bachelor’s degree in business administration/management, communications, marketing, or related field.
- PREFERRED: 5 years of experience in the dental or health insurance industry or regulatory compliance, 5 years of experience in project management/process design, Master’s degree in business administration/management, communications, marketing, or related field.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration/management, communications, marketing, or related field or relevant experience and/or education as determined by the company in lieu of bachelor's degree.

Minimum $94,200.00, maximum $151,000.00.
Schedule
Hybrid or remote position, requires being onsite 3 days a week if living within 50 miles of an office.
