About the role

Chart Industries, a leader in cryogenic separation, liquefaction and purification processes, is seeking a Project Management Manager for its Cold Box projects. In this role you will direct, lead and manage the efficient operation and development of the Project Management team at the New Iberia, Louisiana facility responsible for Cold Box fabrication. The position reports to the Director of Project Management in Woodlands, TX and is part of Chart’s broader Project Management Organization (PMO).

Responsibilities

• Ensure on‑time delivery of products packaged to contractual specifications.
• Develop Project Management capabilities within the team and lead improvements in project execution and scheduling to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate closely with the Operations team in New Iberia and with client‑facing Project Manager and Engineering teams in Woodlands, TX; Tulsa, OK; and La Crosse, WI.
• Own and lead project execution, scope management, risk management, and resource management; drive accountability and ownership across the project team and wider business.
• Identify, evaluate, report and mitigate project risks and opportunities well in advance.
• Maintain and update departmental standards and processes in line with industry standards and ensure they are applied consistently.
• Monitor and report on KPIs for your area of responsibility and review actions and workflows accordingly.
• Interact with Chart Business Excellence (CBE) initiatives to support cost reduction, efficiency, delivery, and quality improvements.
• Ensure compliance with Company Health and Safety policies and standards to support a safe working environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (required).
