Manager - Project Financial Management

About the role
The Manager - Project Financial Management is focused on accurate revenue recognition, margin optimization and delivery performance across the firm’s service lines. This role will lead a team of analysts, collaborate with business leaders and the Enterprise Pricing CoE, and leverage the BT offshore team to improve financial outcomes through operational excellence and data-driven insights.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of financial analysts responsible for accurate revenue recognition, project margin analytics
- Partner with service line leaders and the Enterprise Pricing CoE to monitor revenue trends, project performance post-pricing, ensuring commercial terms are supported through effective delivery management
- Identify repetitive, manual tasks suitable for automation to improve efficiency and data quality
- Lead the design and implementation of automation solutions, AI driven analytics and workflow optimization
- Partner with Technology and Operations teams to deploy AI tools for forecasting, anomaly detection and predictive insights
- Monitor trends in delivery performance and margin optimization opportunities
- Partner with the Data Analytics team to establish data governance frameworks to ensure integrity and consistency in reporting
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Analytics, or related field required
- MBA, CPA or advanced degree preferred
- 5 years of relevant experience required, 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, delivery margin analytics, or cost optimization, including 2+ years in a team leadership or managerial role preferred
- Experience managing financial analytics or shared service teams supporting U.S. or global business units
- Experience in Workday/SAP and automation platforms (UiPath, Power Automate, Alteryx)
- Advanced Excel and data analytics skills, SQL, Python
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across time zones and functions
- Demonstrated leadership, analytical excellence, and a focus on continuous improvement in a fast-paced, global environment
Pay
The pay rate range for this job position is $98,230 to $186,220. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of relevant factors including but not limited to applicant’s skills, prior experience, qualifications, degrees, professional certifications, work arrangements and geographic location.
