- Partner with global stakeholders to understand how tax collaboration software is deployed and used across geographies including differences in operating models, regulatory considerations, and maturity levels.
- Support Business User Testing (BUT) for Intela releases by providing guidance to global stakeholders, associated release reporting, etc.
- Leverage AI-enabled tools (e.g., copilots, automation, analytics) where appropriate to support testing, documentation, analysis, and preparation of demos and stakeholder materials, in line with firm policies and responsible-AI standards.
- Participate in Accelerated Discovery calls, contributing service-line and process-level insights to ensure solutions meet business needs while supporting global consistency.
- Provide detailed functional feedback on new features under development, informed by an understanding of tax delivery models and cross-service-line dependencies.
- Prepare and deliver clear, well-structured demonstrations and walkthroughs showing how Intela supports tax processes across offerings and geographies.
- Develop high-quality PowerPoint materials on a range of topics.
- Provide recommendations on configuration options and approaches based on local tax processes.
- Act as a day-to-day connector between technology teams and tax stakeholders, ensuring issues, risks, and dependencies are identified and managed proactively.
