Manager, Program Delivery

For our client, we are seeking a Manager, Program Delivery to join the team of a leader in the Energy & Utilities space. This role will lead regional program delivery efforts, ensuring projects are executed efficiently, consistently, and in alignment with business objectives. The manager will coordinate across teams to turn strategy into service delivery, strengthen operational performance, and support results across complex water and wastewater initiatives. This position also plays a key role in driving process discipline, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement across the region. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $110,000 – $130,000 annually Responsibilities Lead the regional program management team to ensure project delivery on time and within budget Foster collaboration among team members to achieve common goals Translate business strategy into effective service delivery Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations in the region Analyze complex management issues and provide sound recommendations Prepare clear and comprehensive reports, correspondence, and proposals Drive continuous improvement through standardized processes and metrics Qualifications Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field 5+ years of experience in complex water and wastewater project delivery 3+ years of management experience preferred Strong engineering knowledge combined with business acumen Professional Engineer registration is a plus, or ability to obtain within a year Experience managing budgets and achieving profit targets Proficient in program development and management with overlapping functional specialties Benefits Participation in a paid Volunteer Program Commitment to employee well-being through inclusion initiatives and ERGs Inclusive workplace culture focused on diversity and belonging Opportunity to influence innovative water technology solutions Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
